I specialize in personal development coaching because I believe it is one of the most effective ways to uncover issues that have been buried in our subconscious mind that may be keeping us stuck or unhappy.

The Program:

Personal development coaching consists of weekly one-on-one sessions that help you to tap into your subconscious to uncover limiting beliefs and blocks that are keeping you stuck. These sessions will guide you in figuring out your purpose and how to step fully into your potential. While we discuss and use goal-setting, please understand this is not a goal-setting program. This is a program that will dive deeper to figure out why you are setting the goals you do and then why you may have trouble achieving them. We will also explore why you maybe be feeling unfulfilled when you do achieve them. These sessions can be in person or virtually, you will also have access to me during the week via Signal and email. 

We will begin the program by exploring the seven areas of life and determine in which area we will start. We will uncover areas where you are experiencing the strongest resistance. In these sessions we will dive deeper into what comes up, uncovering core wounds and understanding how they have affected you up to this point. You will be able to begin to reprogram old conditioned beliefs and create new ones that will open you up to your full potential. Breathwork is a practice that allows you to bypass the mind chatter and access a much deeper level of understanding related to the current problems you are having. You will be given tools and techniques that will help you naturally manage and alleviate stress and anxiety. We will have mid-week check-in calls. I am here to be your accountability partner, but the depth of the results you achieve is dependent on how truthfully you show up for yourself and to the work. Weekly, you will be introduced to proper breath mechanics and we can explore where improved breathing habits can increase your well-being.

Through customized breathwork mind tracks, discovery sessions, journaling, and 1:1 coaching, we will tap into your subconscious to uncover your core wounds. We will customize this program according to your needs

Explore areas in life where negative conditioned beliefs were created.

➳ You will learn to understand where they come from and why they continue to show up which is one of the major steps of the healing process. 

You will learn to access these emotions to release them in a healthy manner instead of suppressing them.

When we release the suppressed emotions, the negative energy that was stuck in the body will also be released. Often stuck energy will show up as pain in different areas of the body. 

When we release the stuck energy that often shows up as pain in areas of the body, you can then start to uncover the conditioned belief and start to reprogram the brain.

You will break the cycle of negative patterns and replace them with positive and healthy ones that are aligned with your higher self.

You will begin to live a fufilled life and connect deeper with your purpose.

Meet Lisa

I had come to a place where I had emotionally hit rock bottom. On the outside, I appeared to be successful, full of life, and confident, but on the inside, I felt completely alone and that I wasn’t good enough. I was hitting goal after goal that I had set for myself but continued to feel empty, not good enough, and depressed. I was suffering silently, No one around me even had a clue as to how dark of a place I was in. 

Over a 25-year span, I had tried everything, medicine, therapy, hypnosis, self-help programs, and workshops. I have spent endless hours reading books and researching self-help modalities and programs. I was willing to try anything that could help me climb out of this hole, both conventional and unconventional. Some things worked for short periods of time, but nothing lasted.

It was the first thing that was able to help me understand myself and why I was feeling what I was feeling. It was the first thing that ever gave me clarity and freedom to be who I was. 

Breathwork has opened me up to a life that I didn’t even know was possible. It has made such a difference for me that I want to offer these same tools to anyone that may be feeling the same way I did. I want to be able to create a space for others that I needed so desperately but could never find.
