I understand what it feels like not to love yourself, not to feel good enough, and I know the shame that goes along with it. I have felt it deeply. I had lived with these feelings for so long that they took on a life of their own. I know what it feels like to be lost in the darkness and hopelessness. And I know what it feels like to also feel guilty for feeling this way. I get it. I am here to tell you, that there is a way out. There is a way to work through the darkness. A way to let go of everything you have been conditioned to believe about yourself. There is a way to finally get to meet who you really are.
