The word energy here is not mystical. It is practical. Think of it as the lens you are looking through when life happens — and that lens changes everything.
The same exact situation — a difficult conversation, a setback at work, someone letting you down — can land in completely different ways depending on the state your nervous system is in when it hits you. That state is what we call your energy level.
There are seven levels. They sit on a spectrum from the most contracted, self-protective states at the bottom, to the most expanded, connected states at the top.
These are not personality types. You are not permanently fixed at one level. They are states — and states can shift. That is the entire point.
Here is the piece that most personal development completely misses. The energy level you operate from is not primarily a mindset issue. It is a nervous system issue.
Your nervous system is constantly scanning for threat — and it is doing this far faster than your conscious mind can think. When it detects danger, real or perceived, it activates a survival response. And that survival response determines which energy level you have access to.
This is why telling yourself to just think positively or choose a better response rarely works. You cannot think your way out of a nervous system response. The pattern has to be worked with at the level it lives — in the body, in the beliefs, and in the subconscious programming underneath.
This is not a personality test. It measures two things: the energy level you tend to operate from in everyday life, and the energy level you drop to when you are under stress.
That gap — between your everyday self and your stressed self — is one of the most revealing pieces of information in your results. It shows you exactly where your nervous system's capacity runs out, and where the unresolved patterns underneath your reactions are living.
