The Breathwork Club is a membership for people with very busy lives who are juggling a lot and don't have the option of taking stuff off their plate right now.

This is nervous system training designed to give you back control. To help you handle everything on your plate without feeling like you're drowning. To make space where there wasn't any before.

What's inside the club

Weekly Live Virtual Sessions

Every Thursday at 6:30 AM EST on Zoom. 25 min sessions. Guided, structured, and intentional. You show up and we do the work together. Can't make it live? Watch the replay as many times as you want. You always have options.

Full Replay Library

Every session is recorded and stored so you can access it anytime, anywhere. Watch once or return to a session that really landed. You never fall behind and you can always come back.

Daily 5 to 10 Minute Practice

This is where the real shift happens. A short guided practice you can do from home, your car, or a hotel room. No setup. No excuses. Just 5 to 10 minutes a day that start to change everything.

Monthly Deep Dive Session

60 min sessions. Once a month we go deeper. More time, more space, more reset. This is where you'll notice how far you've actually come since you started.

Private Member Community

Our private Facebook group is our home base. Replays, resources, updates, and a group of people who get it because they're living it too. Everything you need lives there.

Participate From Anywhere

Phone, laptop, tablet. Home, hotel, car. There is no wrong location. The only thing that matters is that you show up and we make that as easy as possible.

Lisa Mort

Most people never think about their nervous system. They just know they feel overwhelmed, reactive, and exhausted and they keep pushing through hoping it gets better on its own.

What I have learned is that building nervous system capacity is one of the most overlooked tools available to us. It is simple, it is accessible, and when you do it consistently it creates a bigger shift than almost anything else when it comes to stress management and regulation.

This is not something I just teach. It is something I do every single day. I have felt what it is like to run on empty, to white-knuckle through the week, to feel like something had to change but not have the space to make it happen. Breathwork changed that for me. And I have watched it change it for others too.
